An adventure cruise along our Heritage Coastline
Join us for an adventure cruise from Poole to St Alban’s Head, calling in at swanage.
Passing Brownsea Island, Sandbanks, Old Harry Rocks and calling into Swanage before cruising past Anvil Point and the famous Dancing Ledge. The voyage continues beyond St Albans Head to the rarely seen Worbarrow Bay, before returning to Poole.

It’s an idyllic spot – a haven for wildlife, including a thriving population of the scarce and threatened red squirrel, wading birds and Sika deer. Beaulieu River, Bucklers Hard

Take a day out to the Beaulieu River.
A luxurious cruise from Poole to the historic and beautiful Beaulieu River up to Buckler’s Hard.

Departing in the morning passing Brownsea Island and Sandbanks. Crossing Poole and Christchurch Bays with views of the Needles and Hurst Castle. Navigating the Solent, followed by a gentle hour’s cruise up the river for lunch at Bucklers Hard.

Departing from Buckler’s Hard in the afternoon for the return cruise back to Poole Town Quay in the safety and comfort of one of Poole’s famous yellow boats seeing fireworks on the way home!

Youth groups of all kinds are very welcome on our boats. We can help you plan a stimulating, and informative trip. Our boats are part of Poole history and our people are very knowledgeable about our beautiful coastline and can provide excellent advice and information on planning and  whilst on board. We can ensure that the trip is perfect for the type of group – whether it be a Scout or Guide outing to Brownsea, a primary or secondary school trip or a college or university group. We will also be delighted to assist language schools.

Why not take a trip to Brownsea Island from Poole or Sandbanks and explore for the day. The least expensive crossing is from Sandbanks which incidentally is the original route taken by Lord Baden Powell in 1907 on a yellow boat.

We also offer educational Jurassic coast trips or there are plenty of other cruises and crossings – including river cruises and a private charter service for larger groups to the Isle of Wight – see our full cruises and sailings here.
